STRATEGIC SALES LEADERSHIP AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:
Prepare and be measured against financial budgets for the business with reference to group indicators and ratios
Leadership and strategic management of the Sales function with focus on organisational objectives.
Strategic planning of the business in a manner that contributes to sustainable positive income stream
Develop the business strategy in support of Emerson Process Management, Automation and Control Solutions and Aveng, Grinaker-LTA

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Develop and manage relationships with key clients
Negotiate pricing levels with strategic suppliers and/or clients
Manage relationships with key suppliers and responsibility for reporting and forecasting on financial performance to these entities.

STAFF PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT:
Consult with HR for recruitment needs in the business with specific attention to incumbents that meet business requirements with respect to sales activities and growth. Direct awareness and responsibility for the need for transformation in the business, in line with Aveng Group commitments.
Manage all aspects of staff performance with attention to skill retention; transformation and talent development, in line with group requirements
