Outputs :  

Provide 1st and 2nd line support of MCAL systems
Provides analysis of problems and associated resolution
Documents findings and recommendations
Assists with end to end in-country testing
Assist in system rollouts
Maintain system documentation
Assist with QA and UAT when required
Technical training to business
Creation and management of General Computing Controls
Compilation of reports
Ensure continuous operations of systems by conducting preventative maintenance, conducting daily operational health checks, ensuring batch jobs execution
Analyse data and highlight possible problems and propose solutions
Data extraction using SQL tools to support business function
Assists UAT with integration testing to ensure data integrity and quality and produce system documentation for any changes and/or new developments
Provide Technical Advisory Support to Projects that affect the Multichoice Africa Business
Report writing in Cognos reports and cube creation
Training new users and user manual documentation
Maintenance of user access across Africa systems
Investigate and escalate problem / errors found
System documentation and process flow diagrams
Monthly and weekly reports (and management dashboards)
IBS configuration / development and background skills
IBS clean-up and uniformity management across all data clusters
Authenticated price increases across Africa (Including hardware)
Education & Experience    Diploma or degree in IT
Financial qualification an advantage
