The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing quality support to members of the Marketing & Communications team.
Strategising, taking ownership of, coordinating, and executing a wide variety of internal and external marketing and communication tasks and projects.
Managing critical client information, developing copy for targeted marketing and communication material across digital, printed and online platforms.
Gathering, assimilation and reporting on survey data, as well as administrative and logistical support for conferences and events, will also form a key part of this role.

Formal qualifications:
Relevant degree/diploma

Experience:
Eight (8) relevant working experience
Relevant experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous

Creative/lateral thinker
Excellent English writing/verbal skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills (Ability to plan and implement independently)
Ability to complete a variety of tasks in a pressured environment, either independently or as part of a team
High sense of urgency and accuracy (Detail and deadline orientated)
Sound time and project management with ability to meet deadlines
Proven competency in conceptualising, coordinating and executing strategic projects
Proven competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proven competency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access would be advantageous
Good presentation skills
Good report writing skills
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable own transport
