GRAP Financial Statements,

Integrated Development Plan,

Budgets Service Delivery & Budget Implementation Plan,

Financial Reporting,

Supply Chain Management

Good understanding of overall financial services in the public sector.

Build and maintain team and client relationships.

Draft both internal and external reports.

Be responsible for project administration.

Requirements
Qualification Level: B Commerce
Additional Qualification Level: n/a
Experience Required: 2 - 3 years

Competencies / Skills:

Relevant experience in Municipal Finance,

Understanding of Local Government Legislation Sound knowledge of the PFMA, MFMA, King III and Supply Chain Regulations;

Communication (report writing, formal correspondence, verbal communication and presentation skills).

Planning & organising skills – deadline driven.

Networking and relationship building skills.

Stress management - ability to perform under pressure.

Analytical and systematic thinker.

Self-starter - pro-active, with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of relevant methodology and legislation related to public sector

Qualifications: B. Comm with SAICA articles or

Diploma: Local Government Finance or

Certificate: Municipal Financial Management (NQF6: National Treasury Regulation)
