Responsibilities / Outputs

Approval of new listing and corporate actions in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
Provide rulings/interpretations of Listings Requirements
Provide opinions and advice to Committees
Complaints resolved
Provide advice on the application of the JSE Listings Requirements
Review and analysis of Annual Financial Statements for compliance with IFRS
